It was an awesome tour, Anastasia was great and did an awesome job sharing the history of the building and the people behind it. She was knowledgeable and fun!
WAS SO HAPPY TO FIND THIS TOUR AT THE LAST MINUTE. GREAT GUIDE AND TRUE VALUE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
The tour was excellent and provided great information. The ticket also provided priority access which meant we didn't have to queue long to get into each building. Well worth the money.
Absolutely amazing time and guide bravo to the guide she was amazing, friendly, knowledgeable perfectionist Paul and Sue
The guide Anastasia was awesome, she made the cost of tickets worth it, and the cupola - not only the view but also the frescoes inside were breatht
Our guide was very knowledgeable and moved the tour along at a good pace. The climb to the top of the dome might involve a lot of stairs but it's very manageable, and once you arrive at the top you won't regret it!
Anastasia was great. She explained things very well in the Baptistry and the Duomo Museum. All 463 steps to the top of the dome were worth the view.
We enjoyed our English speaking guide Victoria for our tour of the Duomo. She was very knowledgeable, courteous and entertaining. We also enjoyed the access to the top of the Dome.
The guide was very knowledgeable and lovely, It was a great experience and we got to enter at 10am before the Diomo opened .
Guide was incredible and loved teaching us the history of Florence. She is a phenomenal professional and we are forever grateful to her.
The very professional guide and the wonderful explanations she gave us about the cathedral and what is inside the museum

The guid was friendly but not as informative as expected, our tickets were supposed to be skip the lines but we waited outside for almost a half hour in an "expedited ticket" line... we spent less than 40 minutes actually learning about anything historical.
Excellent guide! She was well educated and very well spoken.
Guide was very knowledgeable, answered all questions and was very patient.
Guided tour was good, but unfortunately not in the cathedral - as booked

The secret terrace views were amazing, and our small group of 6 had it all to ourselves with panoramic views of Florence. This was worth every penny... highly recommend!
Very accommodating guide, detailed explanations of the structures and city once we were on the terraces and dome, and the ticket we were given lasts 72 hours so we were able to gain entry to the museum behind the cathedral, the baptistry and the bell tower at a time that suited us on a different day. Well worth the price, even if it is just to skip the lines!
Our tour guide was excellent.Knowledgeable and enthusiastic.
Our guide was genuinely excellent and this was one of the few tours we went on that actually felt "exclusive," we got to go where other people clearly weren't allowed to go. The best way to see the duomo.
Guide knew his stuff, went at a just right pace. Worked out things with the bakery shop as there usual had not arrived, so we had to get nicer pastries, but at the lower price. He was a little late to start, but it was due to the rain, and he apologized. Very enthusiastic about the Duomo!
Easy instructions to buy and pick up tickets. Helpful and interesting guide. Obviously skipping the queues is a huge bonus. Nothing can beat a climb up the Dome and the views from the top.
Tour was great, our guide was pleasant and very informative. Access to the terraces was a nice addition. Dome climb was rather difficult for all in our group but more than worth it. Would recommend this tour overall.
Really felt like a VIP and skipped lines and crowds. Our tour guide was great and the views and information were awesome.
The activity was absolutely amazing and worth every penny! The tour guide was fabulous!
Our guide spoke impeccable English and was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. The views from the top of the Duomo are breathtaking (or perhaps it was the stairs that got us there).
The guides were great! They were very enthusiastic & knowledgeable. Easy to find meeting point with instructions given in confirmation email. Definitely worth the money for the time saved to skip the lines.
Breathtaking tour led by an outstanding guide. The climb of the Duomo was explained fully and clear options provided for those who wanted to climb. Highly recommend this tour.
The tour was very interesting with a lot of pertinent information. The stairs were challenging for a few people but well worth it. The only negative was the interference with the earplug speakers making it difficult to hear the guide at times.
Nice small group and expert guide. Answered lots of questions. Knew his subject matter well.

Our guide as great and there were only four others in our group. Highly recommended!
Excellent guide. Good pace although a bit longer under the cathedral would have been nice.

The guide was excellent, as an architect, she was able to explain Brunelleschi's design and execution of the dome wonderfully.
This is not a skip the line ticket - you are just lining up early with the rest of the crowd. This was my main issue with this tour - they are deceiving the buyer which really soured the experience for me. You are paying for the guided part and that part was so-so. It was 12 euros each and we bought two tickets so it wasn't a huge loss. Overall I would not repeat the tour, I would watch or read about the site myself and just line up on my own.
Your took 45 mins to enter into the Cathedral and we had to join the general public line. Tour guide provided good jnformation. The full tour took more than an hour. For this reason I suggest the word ' Express' from the tour title and description.
Alexis was an excellent tour guide. She is very knowledgeable and shared so much information with us. We really enjoyed the history she covered.
Loved the tour. I appreciate the team to have accommodated by dad last minute.
The highlight of my visit was , the information we received from the tour guide and the Cathedral itself .
The tour and the communication that the agency had with us.

Ticketing experience was a bit confusing, but the team was extremely helpful.
Easy to book. Great detail on meeting space. Somewhat overly detailed during the walk. A bit difficult to understand with language barrier, but a wonderful tour. Maybe some time for quick Q&A during the walk would be nice.
The guide we had was very insightful
Knowledgeable guides- Sarah and Clair. Not a very big group:) easy to follow schedule:)
We had a fabulous time on the walk. Our guide was so knowledgeable and took time to help us appreciate the art we saw. It made our trip to Florence even better than we thought possible.
Claudia was an excellent guide with a very good sense of humour and very knowledgeable. Lots of rests during the tour. I didn't feel overloaded with information
Great experience! Annette was a wonderful tour guide! Highly recommended!!
Annette was warm. Friendly, and so well informed. She shared great information without toooooo much detail- just the right amount of information that really understand what was going on! She was lovely. I would definitely recommend this program to a friend!
My itinerary was changed 1 day prior to my arrival and couldn't do the second part of the tour. These things are unacceptable as i already planned other activities after the tour.
Everything about the tour was excellent. Things went very smoothly, and our guides were terrific -- knowledgeable, friendly, and in the case of our guide for the Academia, funny and very engaging. Our issues were beyond anyone's control, namely that Firenze in general and the Uffizi and Acadamia in particular, were in the throes of a tourism apocalypse. It was one of my most unpleasant experiences in a half century of traveling. The guided system helped a lot, easing our entry experiences and getting us to some of the most important works of art to see. Thank you for that. But for me, at least, these positives barely turned a nightmare into a very bad dream.
Our guides, Daniela and William, were both so knowledgeable and did such a wonderful job of giving us a narrative tour of the history of Florence and the Ufizzi gallery. They made the tour super interesting and made the history come to life. We really enjoyed this tour!
Our guide Olivia was excellent, and her stories and knowledge base was very good. I felt the guides were kind and very observant of the group. The company worked hard to contact and get late comers on track. We had a bad experience in Barcelona, so this was refreshing to see. I would definitely use them again.
Well planned , with No waitingtimes. Loved the most was the museum-visits.
Our guide was fantastic and so much fun! She was very informative!

The guide was great and the skip-the-line tickets are definitely worth it. But the tickets did not include everything that is mentioned - we had no access to the crypt nor to the Baptistery.
I found the inside of the duomo underwhelming but the tour guide shared such fascinating history with great passion that the visit was actually the highlight of my trip.
This tour worked like clockwork and the guide was very knowledgeable (I don't remember her name, however she worked in restoration/ was originally from Norway and had some of excellent insight into the history/ buildings). Skip the line was bang on time and I enjoyed this experience - was the best of the three that I booked

Very friendly and knowledgeable tour guide and explain everything in detail and passionately.
The tour guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining. I learnt so much about Florence. Highly recommend this tour. The queues to get in to see David were very long outside but we got in within 15 minutes.
The tour guide (Eleanora) was incredibly knowledgable and engaging. Pointed us in the direction of a great Negroni also. Highly recommended.
Very informative and enjoyable. I forgot our tour guide's name. I believe that she was Danish. She had such a pleasant disposition and was ready to provide extra, interesting facts when there were delays. My wife's receiver/headset kept cutting out. Our tour guide seamlessly addressed the issue by providing a backup receiver and headset -- with out interrupting the tour. She was amazing. I highly recommend this tour.
I very much enjoyed the guided tour through Florence and the Accademia Galery. It was everything I could have hoped for. Our guide, Enette, joyfully told us loads of interesting and new things about the places we were walking by, and the David was, of course, breathtaking. Seeing it through more experienced eyes, with the help of Enette, made the experience even more special. Thank you!
The whole experience was amazing, would highly recommend this tour as its a great way to see the city and learn about its history.
Our tour guide was lovely, and it was an incredibly hot day....but I knew it would be when I signed up for the tour. I believe that what you focus on expands...so if we keep talking about how hot it is, we'll be that much aware of how hot it is!

Climbing the Duomo in Florence, specifically the dome of the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, involves ascending a significant number of steps (463 to be exact). The climb can be physically demanding, and the narrow passages may not be suitable for those with mobility issues, heart conditions, or claustrophobia. However, many visitors find the effort rewarding, as reaching the top provides breathtaking panoramic views of Florence's cityscape. It's advisable to assess your own physical fitness and comfort with stairs before deciding to undertake the climb.
When pondering between conquering Brunelleschi's Dome (Duomo) and ascending Giotto's Bell Tower (Campanile) in Florence, here's the scoop: The dome demands a reserved time slot, while the bell tower is more spontaneous. Both boast a similar stair count and height, and a single ticket covers both adventures. If you're short on time, check Duomo's office for open slots and tackle the Dome for a classic experience with delightful frescoes inside. No luck with time slots? Scale the bell tower for a different angle, enjoying a unique view of the majestic dome. Feeling ambitious? Why not go for the double climb for the ultimate Florence skyline extravaganza!
