After meeting with the guy that gave us our tickets we were inside in 5 minutes! We really skipped the line and missed the big tourist rush seeing David!

The tickets were on time. We arrived at the venue about 15 minutes in advance according to the instructions and stood in line. They let us into the gallery on time. The gallery itself is amazing

It was one of the most beautiful collection of art I have ever seen. The audioguide made it memorable. I was able to see and understand some pieces of my favorite artists.

Well, but if I hadn't asked beforehand, no one would have told me that the institution was closed on Saturday for a visit to the offices. The guides were very professional.

Our tour of the Uffizi Museum with Sara was truly one of the highlights of our time in Florence. From the very beginning, she brought the museum to life in a way that made the experience both engaging and memorable. Sara’s knowledge of the artwork and history was impressive, but what really set her apart was her ability to tell the stories behind the pieces. She didn’t just guide us from room to room — she connected the art to the people, politics, and culture of the time, making everything feel meaningful and easy to understand. She was also incredibly attentive to our group, making sure everyone could see, hear, and stay engaged, even in the busier areas of the museum. Her pacing was perfect, allowing us time to appreciate the masterpieces without ever feeling rushed. Thanks to Sara, we left the Uffizi with a much deeper appreciation for the art and its significance. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to make the most of their visit — she turned a world-class museum into an unforgettable experience.

I was able to find tickets to the dome of Florence Cathedral just a few days before my visit. The purchase process was easy, with clear instructions on how to pick up the tickets right in front of the entrance. The person who gave us the tickets was very friendly.

Our tour guide, Victoria, was very knowledgeable; her commentary was very interesting and never boring, despite all the facts and figures. We are very grateful—the tour was a real pleasure for us.

Visitor tips

  • You’ll meet your guide outside the gallery—arriving 15–20 minutes early helps avoid last‑minute rushes and ensures a prompt start.
  • Avoid bulky gear—bring only essentials in a compact bag since there’s no cloakroom inside .
  • You can customize your tour’s pace and focus areas—ask your guide early if there’s a sculpture or story you want more time with .
  • Your guide will bring fresh perspectives that reveal lesser-known details—like hidden chisel marks or Michelangelo’s subtle anatomical tweaks.
  • Wear comfy shoes. Even in a small group, you’ll be on your feet for 1–2 hours.
  • Private tours often include skip‑the‑line access—skip the ticket queues but security checks remain mandatory.
  • Bring a small water bottle (< 0.5 L)—staying hydrated keeps you alert and you can drink discreetly in-between artworks.
  • Charge your phone/camera before the tour—flash-free personal photos are allowed, but you’ll want enough battery to capture details without missing commentary.
