It was a great experience especially thanks to our guide who told us great stories and history about the art pieces and the gallery.
Very easy to collect tickets. Pick up point was exactly where detailed. There was no skip the queue area that was mentioned but the museum had a very organised process for getting people in and the wait time was not long. Id recommend booking early tickets so you get the museum at a slightly quieter time before it gets busy.
We booked the Accademia Gallery Skip-the-Line Guided Tour through Headout and had a great experience. Skipping the extremely long line was worth it alone, but the tour itself exceeded expectations. Our group was small, which made it easy to follow and ask questions. The guide was incredibly informative—we learned so much about the history and artistry of the museum, especially the iconic statue of David, which was absolutely breathtaking in person. The tour lasted about an hour and covered all the key highlights of the Accademia Gallery, with just the right balance of depth and pace. Highly recommend this tour if you want a richer, more meaningful visit without the stress of waiting in line.
Claudio was very informative and we loved how he explained Michelangelo's early and older works. Very interesting! And to see the statue of David in person is magical.
I visited the Academia Gallery specifically to see Michelangelo’s David, which of course was spectacular. The Gallery was also filled with beautiful treasures, both paintings and sculpture, including a beautiful fresco fragment by Giotto. My favorite room of all was the Lorenzo Bartolini’s Plaster Casts Gallery, which felt like stepping into a Renaissance painting.
Statue of David. It just took your breath away to walk in and see it. Surreal We were walking g past and saw the queues. Looked online and there was a free spot skip the line. Booked dashed over the the shop to collect our tickets and were in in 15 mins. So fortunate. Great ppl working the doors with no language barriers.
Fantastic place with loads of great art. Extremely crowded but that was not surprising really. Was easy using headout. Guy with tickets was easy to find and it did mean we could head straight in with just a brief security check. Michaelangelo's David is fantastic and so glad I've seen the real thing.
Michelangelo's David is my favorite scupture ever!! Great service with timed tickets! Very easy and fast! Totally recommend it!
The guide was excellent with great information. Entry was easy and quick. The woman contact was not pleasant or helpful. She stated she had called my number twice, I had no missed calls, a issue with internataional connection? She was unpleasant. Guide excellent, meet up woman, meh
What an amazing tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining. She also spoke English super well. I learned so much I wish I could have spent more time. I highly recommend this tour.
We had booked a 10.30 entrance so arrived about 10.15. Our tickets were were ready in less than a minute and they said we could join the 10.15 queue. We only had a 5 minute wait in the queue before going in. The Acadamia is definitely well worth visiting. It was busy but there were places you could sit.
Purchasing and using the ticket couldn't have been any easier. Entry was right on time and exhibits are well labeled so you don't have to purchase a guide to enjoy the museum.
A find to have found a museum to see with my own eyes the most beloved stringed instruments Amati and Stradivarius! In addition to Michelangelo's David which is obviously the main attraction.

Our tour guide, Tina was fantastic! She's French but lives in Italy and had done extensive research on the area, the art, the subjects of the statues, etc. she elevated our Accedemia experience and we appreciate her efforts.
Most impressive was the fact that with all the tourists there that day we were still able to get in an hour earlier than our tickets stated. We were impressed how well the crowds moved throughout the museum. We were able to see everything and it was tremendous, as anticipated. The The staff, when asked questions in English, were always accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable
We are glad we booked our tickets ahead. The process to pick up the tickets and get inside was great. We enjoyed our visit. Great museum and breathtaking art.
Great and concert to get advanced tickets for two of the world's great art galleries. Collection of actual tickets , in exchange for virtual ticket was very easy.
hello the exhibit itself was truly humbling amazing awe inspiring! the line/ticket system seemed a bit chaotic at first but with the workers and designated lanes it flowed quite well! we were a bit early for our time so when we went to get our tickets - the lady at the desk said we could make an earlier time if we wanted and we did - it worked out perfectly! thank you for a great experience to one of the most popular museums in the world ❤️
It was easy to purchase the guided tour online, and to find the guide at the meeting point. My tour guide was very knowledgeable and pleasant.
Excellent museum characterized by the famous David by Michelangelo, one of the most iconic sculptures of Renaissance art.

David was the main attraction we wanted to see. It was very touristy as all of Florence is & very confusing to get in by ourselves. purchasing the guided tour made it very easy as they acquired our tickets for us, led us with a group inside, and made the process simple. We did lose the group inside as it was a bit chaotic withthe amount of people at the museums first room & we roamerd around by ourselves after the security checkpoint. Well worth the price for the convenience over the non-reservation line.
The entrance with reservation allowed us not to wait too long. And then it was very easy to redeem (although it was not as indicated in the application since with the reservation we entered the entrance area and we could redeem the tickets).

Olga was a GREAT guide - she explained everything very clearly with visuals too. My experience seeing the David as well as the unfinished works of Michelangelo was very much enhanced. Perfect length tour (about an hour) with just the right amount of detail.
Entry was easy, which was good because 2 in our party are handicapped. There was seating to rest, and ramps with handrails that made moving around easier. And while the David exhibit was busy, it wasn't too busy to get clear views of the details. A great experiene.
Small group, efficient and knowledgeable guide. I loved learning and getting a deeper perspective on sculptures of Michael Angelo..

We were able to quickly pickup the tickets and they told us where to enter. Our tickets were a timed entry self-tour and they were "skip the line." We didn't have a lot of time in Florence, not standing in a long entry line was very beneficial. The ponte vecchio is right in front of the museum. FYI, the line to see David inside is long. I'm

It's a great time of year to visit - the crowds were smaller than when we were here in August! It takes my breath away to see the Greats in person! We'll be back again!
Many authors in the Uffizi Gallery make a strong impression, but this certainly would not surprise anyone. Personally, I was most impressed by Caravaggio's Medusa. The view from the cafe over Florence is spectacular.
It was really a fantastic day, among the most beautiful works in the world by the most talented and representative artists in history, a dream of mine that I finally realized 😊

I checked in at the correct place at the correct time (showed the girl at the desk my ticket on the app and she confirmed the booking). The girl at the desk rounded everyone up when we were ready to go to the gallery and walked us over to the entrance. She proceeded to call out everyone else's names to hand out the tickets but ours. I asked her where were our tickets and she all but accused us of trying to swindle her out of tickets. She is the one who checked me in at the desk and she couldn't remember me from 10 minutes earlier!? When I showed her our booking on the app, she called the office to check and when they confirmed she finally gave us our tickets. While it was fine in the end, it wasnt a very nice experience due to the staff.
It was a bit of a mix up. Someone came late and they did not have a ticket for her so we had to stand in a line and wait 10 minutes for the tour arranges to bring another ticket. Then we did a toilet stop and waited 10 minutes for people to go there. It was frustrating as surely you go to the loo before hand and if your late you miss the tour. This left us stuck in crowds as the guides all talk about the same specific painting so everyone huddles in there areas although the rest of the gallery is quite acceptable. So floor 2 is crowded floor 1 is easy to walk around. The guide had lots of knowledge but I wanted to speak about the paintings but it was about the medchi family and where they lived etc and who was related to who. This was too much and detracted from us even standing in front of a painting. It was expensive so I would have expected a smaller group with less hearding. The overall was good but could have been better.
I bought tickets that included to be escorted to the Uffizi. But in the office we were just told where to go and no escort

Healdout allowed me to purchase the same day with a bit of a discount, let's just say that it's inconceivable that children pay the same price as adults..(abroad children don't pay to enter museums..)in Italy in addition to paying to see our beauties we still had to queue at the entrance and make do with the bags that couldn't get in...the monument is worth it but everything else is a bit of a disincentive

We had some trouble finding parking and navigating that so we were a few minutes late to the steps, and the gentleman let us right in at the front of the line, which was so nice! What a beautiful property, totally amazed at the Pisa tower and also the fallen angel statue.
Climbing the Pisa Tower that I have read about as a child and wanted to see up close for such a long time was an incredible experience.
Unforgettable view of the Cathedral and rest of the city. Since it was March, weather was perfect and it was not crowded at all. Staff and security are all very nice. Thank you!
The ease with which we could arrive at our allotted time and climb the Tower was so convenient.
It was easy and clear to book the ticket with the suitable price.
Well worth the visit and worth booking in advance due to how quickly the spaces sell out.
The area around the tower was such a cute little place to eat and shop. The views from the top of the tower were awesome.
We don't think it's OK if the ticket only allows a free visit to the toilet. After all, there is so much to see with the ticket that you can spend the whole day there. And I don't know anyone who only has to go to the toilet once a day. The friendliness of the staff is very poor.

Loved going up the leaning tower. Views were amazing. Museums were ok. Not really my thing but there were some interesting historical information. The main buildings I really wanted visit was the cathedral & Baptistery, but sadly they were not open to the public that day as there was a religious ceremony taking place. Shame as I had paid the full amount to visit all 6 buildings which is quite expensive to only be able to visit 4 of these.
Like the web site for easy access and user friendly approach. You can choose as per your convenient. Pricing was also affordable and sometimes with extra offer.
Great experience - reasonably priced and good view of Pisa. Clear information before arrival and good information on app
Everthing was oké . Maybe tell the gasts that they need to put there bats in a locker 10 min before your slot an and Go to the line 5 min prior the visit . The tower and the rest were beuatifull
It's an iconic trip but you need to leave bags in lockers away from the entrance to the tower. This wasn't clear so we wasted time taking bags to the lockets and had to requeue. The steps inside the tower are incredibly slippery. No handrails so I wouldn't recommend this trip if you have mobility issues
Cathedral tour not accessible on Sundays. Should be mentioned or included another alternative. Audio tour was tough to figure out how to download and effectively use. Lots of battery used.
The booked access was only available after a short wait. Unfortunately, the meeting point was incorrectly marked; without asking, we would have missed our slot.

Head out gave us a fixed entry time. We never requested a guide. Seeing the David for the first time almost took my breath away. David stands in a gorgeous light-filled space where plenty of visitors can stand without feeling crowded. The music history museum was fascinating. The entry to the museum was effortless. Hello, we had no wait although there was a queue at the counter. Someone was waiting for us outside. It was perfect. We had taken the audio-guide option, and the person waiting for us downloaded the tour on our phones. It was very practical, but unlike audio-guides with a number at the entrance to each room, the text was at the end and it was up to us to pause it as we moved around and before arriving in the next room to take advantage of the explanation at the right moment. We managed with just one laptop. Thank you for your help.

The venue was not overcrowded and the displays had good, informative descriptions posted. The audio guide was not very useful since we didn't bring ear buds and found that using the guide without them was disturbing others.

Palazzo Vecchio is a wonderful way to spend a couple of hours or more. Such a beautiful building, full of history and art. Our tour host, Laila, got us off to a great start showing us how to access the audio guide (which was invaluable) and where to begin our tour.
Marta, our guide for the tour was fantastic. She was very knowledgable and her excitement/interest in the Medici's and the Palazzo were palpable. Directions on where to meet could be more clear, the map makes it look like you meet between the Ufizi and the Palazzo
The ticketing was according to my -positive- expectations. And we were services by a very helpful representative of Headout. Mille grazie!
"The room od 500" is simply amazing work of art, an experience worth of visit. The palace is an enormous display od Medici wealth.
The Palace is extraordinary. The architecture is amazing, and the feeling was very special. Our guide, Laila, helped us a lot with the directions and the instructions she gave us. I will definitely visit Palazzo Vecchio on my next trip to Firenze! Thanks Laila, The Greek friends!
Everything was amazing, starting from the guide, Laila, who was very sweet and helped us with the overview! We listened to the recording shared, throughout the artwork, wonderful experience over all :)
Laila was amazing, we had an issue with our car and couldn't find parking but she waited patiently for us to ensure we don't miss on this experience, would personally love to thank her ☺️
Our ticket host was the best. She was super courteous, kind, and happy to share her suggestions and experiences. We were late and she stayed well past her time to ensure we got our tickets. We can't thank her enough. You have a very good employee.
Very friendly and helpful reception, great building with an exciting history.... Only the audio guide was unusable.

The ticket purchase online was super easy, all we had to do to get into the museum was ti show the toon our phones. The museum is beautiful and we enjoyed looking at the paintings especially by Georgio Vasari.
I don’t have any issues with the Palazzo itself, but I do take issue with the organization and the unnecessary requirement to meet a host—especially one who wouldn’t even accompany us during the visit. The instructions were quite strict and even threatening: if we weren’t at the meeting point 15 minutes before our scheduled entry, it would be assumed we weren’t showing up, and our tickets would be invalid. To be safe, we arrived 20 minutes early. We even confirmed the meeting location with a police officer. In the crowd, we asked several guides if they were our host, but none were. Eight minutes before our entry time (11:00 AM), our group of three split up—I went to the ticket office while the others stayed at the meeting point, as we were genuinely worried we wouldn’t get in. At the ticket office, I was told that our tickets were with “our host,” and we wouldn’t be able to enter without meeting them. In a panic, I returned to the meeting point, only to find that my companions had already spoken with three different people, none of whom were our host. I tried contact customer service, but it was difficult to reach them due to the amount of information I had to input manually—even though I was using the app, which should have automatically filled in basic details like the reservation number. At 11:01 AM, we finally met another couple also struggling to find the same host. One of them managed to get through to the host by phone, and after rushing through the required steps (like the lockers and scanning the app for the audio guide), we managed to enter about five minutes late. I have no complaints about the host personally—they were kind and polite—but I fail to understand the point of using the app when someone else is physically holding our tickets. We were left completely dependent on someone else's punctuality, and despite all the strict warnings not to be late, it was actually *your* service that caused the delay. It was an incredibly stressful and frustrating experience—unlike anything I’ve encountered using other ticketing apps. I truly hope I won’t have to rely on your app again in the future.
Meeting point not precise enough. "Behind the statue..." But behind the statue there's also the entrance. whereas you should have read outside. Fortunately, it wasn't raining. Audioguide: if you have the misfortune of closing the audioguide, you no longer have access to the commentary, as you scanned a QRCode that you no longer have.
