This was our 3rd visit to Uffizi and our best. We went in the earliest time slot so it wasn't too busy. Also we loved the terrace on the 3rd floor and enjoyed cappuccinos with the lovely setting and view. I would not waste $$ on headphones - very limited and not too informative. Instead ask chatGPT to prepare an itinerary for you based on how long you plan to visit. Ciao!

The area around the tower was such a cute little place to eat and shop. The views from the top of the tower were awesome.

Healdout allowed me to purchase the same day with a bit of a discount, let's just say that it's inconceivable that children pay the same price as adults..(abroad children don't pay to enter museums..)in Italy in addition to paying to see our beauties we still had to queue at the entrance and make do with the bags that couldn't get in...the monument is worth it but everything else is a bit of a disincentive

Very easy to collect tickets. Pick up point was exactly where detailed. There was no skip the queue area that was mentioned but the museum had a very organised process for getting people in and the wait time was not long. Id recommend booking early tickets so you get the museum at a slightly quieter time before it gets busy.

I visited the Academia Gallery specifically to see Michelangelo’s David, which of course was spectacular. The Gallery was also filled with beautiful treasures, both paintings and sculpture, including a beautiful fresco fragment by Giotto. My favorite room of all was the Lorenzo Bartolini’s Plaster Casts Gallery, which felt like stepping into a Renaissance painting.

Fantastic place with loads of great art. Extremely crowded but that was not surprising really. Was easy using headout. Guy with tickets was easy to find and it did mean we could head straight in with just a brief security check. Michaelangelo's David is fantastic and so glad I've seen the real thing.

David was the main attraction we wanted to see. It was very touristy as all of Florence is & very confusing to get in by ourselves. purchasing the guided tour made it very easy as they acquired our tickets for us, led us with a group inside, and made the process simple. We did lose the group inside as it was a bit chaotic withthe amount of people at the museums first room & we roamerd around by ourselves after the security checkpoint. Well worth the price for the convenience over the non-reservation line.
