My favourite museum in the whole world!!! Prettiest of arts and statues from the classics of renaissance and Medici years! Love every moment inside this building as I love the mythic city of Florence.

I always wanted to See the Great works of the old Masters , the place to see them is just amazing ! I also liked the way how the works are presented! The employees were very friendly and helpful and I also could get any informations, I asked for! I'd like to come again!!

Headout was so easy to use! I was worried that because I didn't have a QR code before entering that the ticket wouldn't be accepted but don't worry! The staff at Accademia knew exactly what they were looking that, getting in was a breeze. BEAUTIFUL gallery too. I have a newfound appreciation for sculpture. Was definitely worth the money and the wait; even though the line might look long when trying to enter the gallery, it moves VERY quickly. Definitely using Headout again!

It was relatively easy except we didn't know that you supposed to leave your bags in a locker before going up in the leaning tower of Pisa. The lockers were in a different building so we literally had to run to avoid missing our turn. Visitors should be informed about this in the future.

I have to give kudos to the organization. There were a lot of people but no queues. Only a few minutes wait to get on the tower, perfectly respecting the assigned time slot.

Everything went very well, we had taken the audio guide, the main works are there but not all of them. There are a lot of them. The visit is very easy inside the church, and the tombs are very accessible. We were there, of course, for Michelangelo's and Galileo's tombs, but the others, less well known to us, were still worth seeing. There are several rooms to visit, and Clo spends a good hour there. Purchasing the ticket was easy and very functional. The email containing the ticket went to the "spam" inbox, but you had warned me with the first confirmation email, so finding it was not difficult. The visit to the Piazza dei Miracoli was very nice, especially going up the Tower was really unique because the effect of the slope is felt immediately from the first steps. Although I live in the province of Pisa and therefore was "used to" the beauty of the Tower, climbing it for the first time was a beautiful experience.
