Raquel fue una guía increíble e hizo la visita interesante con toda su información y la forma en que la presentó. Nos sorprendió la información que nos dio sobre la catedral y también nos dio algunas buenas ideas de pizzerías y chocolate caliente para los niños. Un pequeño e increíble tour adecuado para que los niños aprendan y los adultos también.

La guía estaba muy bien informada. Fue muy amable y aprendí mucho con ella.

Tuvimos un agradable paseo por Florencia con Remo. Era un guía muy bien informado. Era amable y muy agradable. Florencia es una ciudad preciosa con una historia compleja y muchos edificios hermosos. Remo mostró su ciudad maravillosamente.

El guía turístico de los Uffizi era estupendo, muy informado y divertido. Sin embargo, pensé que había reservado un paseo por la ciudad también - esto no sucedió. No es un gran problema, pero el sitio web no era muy claro.

El tour se canceló en el último minuto porque el guía estaba enfermo, me llamaron y me dejaron un mensaje de voz en mi teléfono que agradecí, así como la confirmación de un reembolso completo del tour.

LLadies that were guides were excellent, very interesting stories and very competent. Lunch in Calcio n Pepe was dissapointing, food was excellent, but they hardly wanted to serve us when we said that we paid the lunch to the agency and showed voucher. Also the guided tour in Uffizzi covered only the second floor. When we booked, it was not mentioned. We walked through the rest of gallery alone, with no guidance. All in all, I think that I overpayed the tour. Got no discount for children, as well. All in all, I think that I overpayed the tour.

It was nice been in a small group of only five people. I booked the lunch as well, expecting to meet other tourists, but I was the only person doing the lunch, so that was disappointing. Also, could you provide a vegetarian option for lunch.

So thankful for this group. Tour was fantastic, but the small acts of kindness shown to our family by the guides and organizers were special.

We toured Florence highlights and, later that,day, the UffiziGalleries. The morning tour was disjointed, and the guide practically ran us through the streets. She--Claudia--often got so far ahead that we worried we'd lose her. She was knowledgeable, but her information was not well organized. And she asked "guess what's in my mind" questions. No one likes those. The Uffizi tour was still physically challenging, but the guide was much better. Her knowledge was well organized, and she built the experience as a narrative, making a LOT of information easier to,remember. And unlike the morning guide, she encouraged and responded well to questions.

Claudia was amazing and so informative during the city tour. There was no information about where to get the Uffizi tour. We assumed that the Uffizi tour came next but we had to come back 1 1/2 later. We had already scheduled another tour. Christiana wa experienced and gave us great perspective on the gallery.

Very informative and enjoyable. I forgot our tour guide's name. I believe that she was Danish. She had such a pleasant disposition and was ready to provide extra, interesting facts when there were delays. My wife's receiver/headset kept cutting out. Our tour guide seamlessly addressed the issue by providing a backup receiver and headset -- with out interrupting the tour. She was amazing. I highly recommend this tour.

I very much enjoyed the guided tour through Florence and the Accademia Galery. It was everything I could have hoped for. Our guide, Enette, joyfully told us loads of interesting and new things about the places we were walking by, and the David was, of course, breathtaking. Seeing it through more experienced eyes, with the help of Enette, made the experience even more special. Thank you!

Our tour guide was lovely, and it was an incredibly hot day....but I knew it would be when I signed up for the tour. I believe that what you focus on expands...so if we keep talking about how hot it is, we'll be that much aware of how hot it is!

Stadtführung wurde mit vielen Stories zum Leben im Mittelalter und der Renaissance bereichert. Unsere Guide erklärte uns die Statuen, erzählte vieles zur Architektur und zu den damaligen Persönlichkeiten. Der Zugang zur Accademia erfolgte ohne lange Wartezeiten.

Our guide Annette was awesome. She was very throuogh and extremely knowledgeable, and well organized. There was a lot of history we learned that we never knew.

Our tour was superb and our tour guide, Annette (I believe that was her name, but she had short silver hair and was Danish, though her English was excellent and from her accent I assumed she was from Manchester), was splendid. Her narrative style was clear and engaging, and she was very audience centered in her approach. She always guided our tour so we were in the shade, for example. She was very friendly and her effortless grasp of Florence's history, culture, art, and architectural style was exceptional. I haven't done a guided tour overseas in many years, and after this experience I'm certain that I'll seek out your tours again the next time I cross the Atlantic.

We loved our guide today she was excellent… Cannot remember her name but I know she's Danish and her English was excellent. She was very detailed in her explanation of the history of the David and everything else. Would definitely go with her again!!

Our train was late from Rome and we missed our reservation, but Headout gave us a future credit for a tour instead of leaving us high and dry. Much appreciated!

City tour and visit to Academia/David statute were excellent, but afternoon visit to Uffizi was very dry and extremely tiring. This time would have been much better spent by enjoying the town of Florence and history it tells thru its narrow streets, buildings, merchants and restaurants on every corner. Uffizi visit could have been spiced up by more life stories from the time of artists and their patrons. And, I mean no offence, but the accent and lack of English fluidity (of the guide) was a bit of an issue as well.

The guides were really good, they gave us our tickets and we were able to see the rest of the galleries on our own at the end of the tour.

The first part was ok, great guide to walk us through the city centre. Second part in the Uffizi was surprisingly on our own.

Our tour guide, Giovanna was great! Fun, informative, kept us at a good pace and really made us glad we booked through your company. We both felt that she helped us capture the flavor of Florence, and gave us some wonderful tips to follow up with.

We very much enjoyed our tour! Annette was a FANTASTIC guide. Upon booking, it wasn't clear that the tour was divided to morning/afternoon or with a *specific time* to return to the Uffizi. We were under the impression we could visit the Uffizi on our own schedule upon conclusion of the morning tour. With the proposed return time, we were unfortunately not able to come back for the 2nd half and had to miss the Uffizi altogether. Some feedback, for future folks booking that the morning/afternoon portion of the tour is abundantly clear. Thanks!

It was very well organized and our tour guide was great. Good group sizes. The only part that was confusing is there was inconsistency with the stated tour start times on the ticket vs the "meet up" instructions. Would review that for consistency!

Bom dia, Foi ótima, a guia da manhã foi excelente e a da tarde eficiente só entregou os tickets para a Galeria Uffizi. Foi muito difícil de achar o ponto de encontro de vcs, a estátua é muito escondida.... Sugiro vcs colocarem um mini mapa do local do encontro para facilitar. Obrigada

Sara was a great tour guide! Very articulate and knowledgable as well as super friendly and helpful with answers to almost every question we could think of. She made our tour enjoyable and educational and took good care of all of us!

Wir haben die geführte Tour Florenz Uffizien und Accademica gebucht. Die Beschreibung der Buchung war etwa irreführend da wir eine Stadtführung erhalten haben und "nur" Tickets für die Austellungen. La visita fue muy agradable, con una guía, Anastasia, que hablaba un francés excelente, era muy amable y sus comentarios eran claros y eruditos.

El guía era estupendo y las entradas sin colas merecen la pena. Pero las entradas no incluían todo lo que se menciona: no tuvimos acceso a la cripta ni al Baptisterio.

El interior del Duomo me pareció decepcionante, pero el guía compartió una historia tan fascinante con tanta pasión que la visita fue lo más destacado de mi viaje.

Este tour funcionó como un reloj y la guía estaba muy bien informado (no recuerdo su nombre, sin embargo, trabajó en la restauración / era originaria de Noruega y tenía algunos de excelente conocimiento de la historia / edificios). Era un grupo bastante pequeño (unos 15), así que fue fácil no perderse. Buen recorrido desde el Ponte Vecchio hasta la casa de David, donde tardamos menos de 10 minutos en entrar y pasar el control de seguridad. Nuestro guía estaba muy bien informado y entretenido. Fue un tour que valió la pena.

El guía, Stefano, fue excelente. Sólo el material suficiente para que sea interesante y podía responder a todas nuestras preguntas. Definitivamente tomaría otro tour y recomendaría estos tours.

Tuvimos una experiencia increíble con City Wonders y nuestra guía de habla inglesa, Annette. Era una guía increíblemente informada y atractiva, que compartía detalles fascinantes sobre la historia, el arte y la cultura de la ciudad. Su pasión por el tema era evidente e hizo que toda la experiencia fuera educativa y agradable. Lo más destacado fue, por supuesto, ver el David de Miguel Ángel. Annette dio vida a la estatua explicando su significado artístico, la historia de su creación e incluso señalando detalles que nos habríamos perdido por nuestra cuenta. Sus conocimientos añadieron profundidad a la experiencia. Recomendamos encarecidamente esta visita a cualquiera que visite la ciudad, ¡es imprescindible para los amantes del arte y la historia! Cuidado, Headout me facturó dos veces la excursión y se negó a devolverme el importe de la segunda factura. Es mejor esperar a venir a Italia y reservar la excursión directamente.

Lo más destacado fue ver la Estatua de David. Pasear por las calles estuvo bien, pero hubiera estado bien más información e historia. Daba la sensación de que nuestra guía turística sólo quería pasear con sus amigas por las calles de Florencia y reírse por nada.

El arte expuesto en el museo era asombroso. La colección de esculturas y estatuas era espectacular. Todo era hermoso en este museo incluyendo "David" Mi favorito.

Nuestra guía Annette era genial. Muy bien informado y ofreció grandes ideas de la vida en Florencia.

Guía bien informado. Sin embargo, no estaba claro que sólo pasaríamos 30 minutos en la Academia. El resto, 1 hora de visita a pie por la ciudad. Sería útil que el título de la visita y el itinerario lo mencionaran claramente.

Esperamos bajo la lluvia en una cola ENORME durante una hora para entrar en el recinto. Absolutamente NO lo que pagamos como Skip the Line entradas.
