Raquel var en fantastisk guide och hon gjorde turen intressant med all sin information och det sätt hon presenterade den på. Vi blev förvånade över den information som hon gav om katedralen och hon gav oss också några bra pizzaplatsidéer samt varm choklad för barnen. En fantastisk liten tur som var tillräcklig för barn att lära sig och vuxna också !!!

Uffizi-turen var bättre och guiden var mycket kunnig.

The tour guide for uffizi was great - very knowledgeable and funny. However I thought I had booked a city walk also - this didn't happen. Not a big deal but the website wasn't very clear.

The tour was cancelled very last minute by the tour guide being sick, I was called and a voice message left on my phone which I appreciated and the confirmation of a full refund for the tour.

Omar was incredible; his knowledge of art and the way he took us on a journey through time periods and brought out the emotion,psychology, layering of color and dimension to the painting was phenomenal. We have booked two other tours through your company since this experience. Thank you!

LLadies that were guides were excellent, very interesting stories and very competent. Lunch in Calcio n Pepe was dissapointing, food was excellent, but they hardly wanted to serve us when we said that we paid the lunch to the agency and showed voucher. Also the guided tour in Uffizzi covered only the second floor. When we booked, it was not mentioned. We walked through the rest of gallery alone, with no guidance. All in all, I think that I overpayed the tour. Got no discount for children, as well. All in all, I think that I overpayed the tour.

It was nice been in a small group of only five people. I booked the lunch as well, expecting to meet other tourists, but I was the only person doing the lunch, so that was disappointing. Also, could you provide a vegetarian option for lunch.

So thankful for this group. Tour was fantastic, but the small acts of kindness shown to our family by the guides and organizers were special.

We toured Florence highlights and, later that,day, the UffiziGalleries. The morning tour was disjointed, and the guide practically ran us through the streets. She--Claudia--often got so far ahead that we worried we'd lose her. She was knowledgeable, but her information was not well organized. And she asked "guess what's in my mind" questions. No one likes those. The Uffizi tour was still physically challenging, but the guide was much better. Her knowledge was well organized, and she built the experience as a narrative, making a LOT of information easier to,remember. And unlike the morning guide, she encouraged and responded well to questions.

Claudia was amazing and so informative during the city tour. There was no information about where to get the Uffizi tour. We assumed that the Uffizi tour came next but we had to come back 1 1/2 later. We had already scheduled another tour. Christiana wa experienced and gave us great perspective on the gallery.

Very informative and enjoyable. I forgot our tour guide's name. I believe that she was Danish. She had such a pleasant disposition and was ready to provide extra, interesting facts when there were delays. My wife's receiver/headset kept cutting out. Our tour guide seamlessly addressed the issue by providing a backup receiver and headset -- with out interrupting the tour. She was amazing. I highly recommend this tour.

I very much enjoyed the guided tour through Florence and the Accademia Galery. It was everything I could have hoped for. Our guide, Enette, joyfully told us loads of interesting and new things about the places we were walking by, and the David was, of course, breathtaking. Seeing it through more experienced eyes, with the help of Enette, made the experience even more special. Thank you!

Our tour guide was lovely, and it was an incredibly hot day....but I knew it would be when I signed up for the tour. I believe that what you focus on expands...so if we keep talking about how hot it is, we'll be that much aware of how hot it is!

Stadtführung wurde mit vielen Stories zum Leben im Mittelalter und der Renaissance bereichert. Unsere Guide erklärte uns die Statuen, erzählte vieles zur Architektur und zu den damaligen Persönlichkeiten. Der Zugang zur Accademia erfolgte ohne lange Wartezeiten.

Our guide Annette was awesome. She was very throuogh and extremely knowledgeable, and well organized. There was a lot of history we learned that we never knew.

Our tour was superb and our tour guide, Annette (I believe that was her name, but she had short silver hair and was Danish, though her English was excellent and from her accent I assumed she was from Manchester), was splendid. Her narrative style was clear and engaging, and she was very audience centered in her approach. She always guided our tour so we were in the shade, for example. She was very friendly and her effortless grasp of Florence's history, culture, art, and architectural style was exceptional. I haven't done a guided tour overseas in many years, and after this experience I'm certain that I'll seek out your tours again the next time I cross the Atlantic.

We loved our guide today she was excellent… Cannot remember her name but I know she's Danish and her English was excellent. She was very detailed in her explanation of the history of the David and everything else. Would definitely go with her again!!

Our train was late from Rome and we missed our reservation, but Headout gave us a future credit for a tour instead of leaving us high and dry. Much appreciated!

City tour and visit to Academia/David statute were excellent, but afternoon visit to Uffizi was very dry and extremely tiring. This time would have been much better spent by enjoying the town of Florence and history it tells thru its narrow streets, buildings, merchants and restaurants on every corner. Uffizi visit could have been spiced up by more life stories from the time of artists and their patrons. And, I mean no offence, but the accent and lack of English fluidity (of the guide) was a bit of an issue as well.

The guides were really good, they gave us our tickets and we were able to see the rest of the galleries on our own at the end of the tour.

The first part was ok, great guide to walk us through the city centre. Second part in the Uffizi was surprisingly on our own.

We very much enjoyed our tour! Annette was a FANTASTIC guide. Upon booking, it wasn't clear that the tour was divided to morning/afternoon or with a *specific time* to return to the Uffizi. We were under the impression we could visit the Uffizi on our own schedule upon conclusion of the morning tour. With the proposed return time, we were unfortunately not able to come back for the 2nd half and had to miss the Uffizi altogether. Some feedback, for future folks booking that the morning/afternoon portion of the tour is abundantly clear. Thanks!

It was very well organized and our tour guide was great. Good group sizes. The only part that was confusing is there was inconsistency with the stated tour start times on the ticket vs the "meet up" instructions. Would review that for consistency!

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo apprezzato molto la preparazione della guida (Cristiano), che non ha mancato di preziosi consigli su come è cosa visitare nella permanenza a Firenze. L'uso degli auricolari con cui era possibile ascoltare le spiegazioni dettagliate e sentite della nostra guida è stato rilassante e piacevole. Speriamo di poter ripetere questa esperienza per il futuro e per ulteriori tour.

We went all out on the trip to Florence. I booked this tour online, it seemed like a big ticket purchase as it was our first time with Headout. But my brother had used the service before and vouched for it. It was a good buy and we had a great time exploring the city as well as the good meal.

The trip was good and we could access both the museums. I felt the guide could probably have given us more information but maybe that was just me because I am an art history teacher and I already know quite a bit of the city.

I was thoroughly confused with all the various Florence city tours so I called the Headout customer service. The guy took me through all the various options and helped me choose this one as it suited all my preferences. Would recommend this just based on their customer service!

If you want to spend a lovely day in Florence, then look no further. You will come back feeling like you really know the city! And such value for money tickets, I might have spent more on separate tickets and bookings.

The city tour followed by the museums was planned so well that at no point we were too hurried or rushed. There was a good pace and the guide helped us see the highlights of both the museums. It was a good decision to go on this trip.

Guiden var intressant, men det var inte på något sätt en guidad tur i staden. Det var en entimmes rundtur på utsidan av katedralen och omgivande byggnader. Guiden lämnade oss sedan för att klättra upp i kupolen, vilket var den andra timmen av rundturen (men ensam). Förklaringarna på headout-webbplatsen var inte tydliga, så jag bokade samma biljetter direkt på duomo- och katedralwebbplatserna. Så akta dig för titeln, det är inte alls en guidad tur i staden!

The guide was great and the skip-the-line tickets are definitely worth it. But the tickets did not include everything that is mentioned - we had no access to the crypt nor to the Baptistery.

I found the inside of the duomo underwhelming but the tour guide shared such fascinating history with great passion that the visit was actually the highlight of my trip.

This tour worked like clockwork and the guide was very knowledgeable (I don't remember her name, however she worked in restoration/ was originally from Norway and had some of excellent insight into the history/ buildings). Skip the line was bang on time and I enjoyed this experience - was the best of the three that I booked

Detta var en ganska liten grupp (ca 15) så det var lätt att undvika att gå vilse. Bra turné från Ponte Vecchio till Davids hus., där det tog oss mindre än 10 minuter att komma in och genom säkerhet. Vår guide var mycket kunnig och underhållande. Det var en värdefull tur.

Guiden, Stefano, var utmärkt. Precis tillräckligt med material för att göra det intressant och kunde svara på alla våra frågor. Jag skulle def ta en annan turné och kommer att rekommendera dessa turer.

Hon var otroligt kunnig och engagerande och delade med sig av fascinerande detaljer om stadens historia, konst och kultur. Hennes passion för ämnet var uppenbar och hon gjorde hela upplevelsen både lärorik och trevlig. Höjdpunkten var naturligtvis att se Michelangelos David. Annette väckte statyn till liv genom att förklara dess konstnärliga betydelse, historien bakom dess skapande och till och med peka ut detaljer som vi skulle ha missat på egen hand. Hennes expertis gav verkligen ett djup till upplevelsen. Vi rekommenderar varmt den här turen till alla som besöker staden - det är ett måste för konst- och historieälskare! Tack för att du gjorde vårt besök oförglömligt!

Var försiktig Headout dubbelfakturerade mig för turnén och vägrade att återbetala den andra faktureringen, bättre att vänta med att komma till Italien och bara boka turnén direkt

Att se Davidsstatyn var höjdpunkten. Att gå på gatorna var bra, men mer information och historia skulle ha varit trevligt. Det kändes som om vår reseguide bara ville ta sina vänner för en promenad genom Florens gata och ha en fniss om ingenting.

The art displayed at the museum was Amazing. The sculptures and statue collection was spectacular. Everything was beautiful in this museum including "David" My favorite.

Knowledgeable guide. However it was not clear that we would only spend 30 mins at Academia. Balance 1 HR was walking city tour. Would help if title of tour and itinerary clearly mention this.

We waited in the rain in a HUGE line for an hour to enter the venue. Absolutely NOT what we paid for as Skip the Line tickets.

Jag bokade denna tur på ett infall eftersom tidsluckan passade perfekt med min resplan under min dagsutflykt i Florens. Bästa beslutet jag någonsin fattat! Även om jag bokade turen ensam träffade jag många vänliga människor. Turen var liten - bara 10 personer. Reseledaren var superkunnig och förklarade historien bakom målningarna och statyerna i Academia Museum och katedralernas layout. Eftersom vi hade lite extra tid fick vi en kort rundtur till andra heliga platser som ursprungligen inte ingick i resplanen, vilket var ett utmärkt sätt att utnyttja vår tid. Jag kan säga att höjdpunkten på den här turen var att klättra upp i Duomo och se Florens från ett fågelperspektiv. Tro mig, jag var lite nervös för själva klättringen och hur många trappsteg det skulle bli (463 trappsteg), men du kan vara säker på att det finns flera områden inom klättringen där du kan stanna för att ta en andningspaus. Utsikten över Florens från ovan var ovärderlig! Jag skulle rekommendera denna tur till alla som har flexibilitet under sin dagsutflykt (eller några dagar) i Florens!

Fantastisk rundtur! Vår guide väckte Accademia till liv med insikter om Michelangelos mindre kända verk innan Davids vördnad, och ledde oss sedan upp till Duomo för en fantastisk utsikt över Florens.
