Tivemos um belo passeio à volta de Florença com o Remo. Era um guia extremamente conhecedor. Era muito simpático e muito agradável. Florença é uma cidade bonita, com uma história complexa e muitos edifícios bonitos. O Remo mostrou-nos a sua cidade de uma forma maravilhosa.

O passeio pela Uffizi foi melhor e o guia tinha muito conhecimento.

O guia turístico para os uffizi foi ótimo - muito conhecedor e divertido. No entanto, pensei que tinha reservado também um passeio pela cidade - isso não aconteceu. Não é um grande problema, mas o sítio Web não era muito claro.

A excursão foi cancelada à última hora devido ao facto de o guia turístico estar doente. Ligaram-me e deixaram uma mensagem de voz no meu telemóvel, o que apreciei, e confirmaram-me o reembolso total da excursão.

O Omar foi incrível; o seu conhecimento de arte e a forma como nos levou numa viagem através de períodos de tempo e fez sobressair a emoção, a psicologia, as camadas de cor e a dimensão da pintura foram fenomenais. Reservámos duas outras excursões através da vossa empresa desde esta experiência. Muito obrigado!

LLadies that were guides were excellent, very interesting stories and very competent. Lunch in Calcio n Pepe was dissapointing, food was excellent, but they hardly wanted to serve us when we said that we paid the lunch to the agency and showed voucher. Also the guided tour in Uffizzi covered only the second floor. When we booked, it was not mentioned. We walked through the rest of gallery alone, with no guidance. All in all, I think that I overpayed the tour. Got no discount for children, as well. All in all, I think that I overpayed the tour.

It was nice been in a small group of only five people. I booked the lunch as well, expecting to meet other tourists, but I was the only person doing the lunch, so that was disappointing. Also, could you provide a vegetarian option for lunch.

So thankful for this group. Tour was fantastic, but the small acts of kindness shown to our family by the guides and organizers were special.

We toured Florence highlights and, later that,day, the UffiziGalleries. The morning tour was disjointed, and the guide practically ran us through the streets. She--Claudia--often got so far ahead that we worried we'd lose her. She was knowledgeable, but her information was not well organized. And she asked "guess what's in my mind" questions. No one likes those. The Uffizi tour was still physically challenging, but the guide was much better. Her knowledge was well organized, and she built the experience as a narrative, making a LOT of information easier to,remember. And unlike the morning guide, she encouraged and responded well to questions.

Claudia was amazing and so informative during the city tour. There was no information about where to get the Uffizi tour. We assumed that the Uffizi tour came next but we had to come back 1 1/2 later. We had already scheduled another tour. Christiana wa experienced and gave us great perspective on the gallery.

The tour guide (Eleanora) was incredibly knowledgable and engaging. Pointed us in the direction of a great Negroni also. Highly recommended.

Very informative and enjoyable. I forgot our tour guide's name. I believe that she was Danish. She had such a pleasant disposition and was ready to provide extra, interesting facts when there were delays. My wife's receiver/headset kept cutting out. Our tour guide seamlessly addressed the issue by providing a backup receiver and headset -- with out interrupting the tour. She was amazing. I highly recommend this tour.

I very much enjoyed the guided tour through Florence and the Accademia Galery. It was everything I could have hoped for. Our guide, Enette, joyfully told us loads of interesting and new things about the places we were walking by, and the David was, of course, breathtaking. Seeing it through more experienced eyes, with the help of Enette, made the experience even more special. Thank you!

Our tour guide was lovely, and it was an incredibly hot day....but I knew it would be when I signed up for the tour. I believe that what you focus on expands...so if we keep talking about how hot it is, we'll be that much aware of how hot it is!

Stadtführung wurde mit vielen Stories zum Leben im Mittelalter und der Renaissance bereichert. Unsere Guide erklärte uns die Statuen, erzählte vieles zur Architektur und zu den damaligen Persönlichkeiten. Der Zugang zur Accademia erfolgte ohne lange Wartezeiten.

Our guide Annette was awesome. She was very throuogh and extremely knowledgeable, and well organized. There was a lot of history we learned that we never knew.

City tour and visit to Academia/David statute were excellent, but afternoon visit to Uffizi was very dry and extremely tiring. This time would have been much better spent by enjoying the town of Florence and history it tells thru its narrow streets, buildings, merchants and restaurants on every corner. Uffizi visit could have been spiced up by more life stories from the time of artists and their patrons. And, I mean no offence, but the accent and lack of English fluidity (of the guide) was a bit of an issue as well.

The guides were really good, they gave us our tickets and we were able to see the rest of the galleries on our own at the end of the tour.

The first part was ok, great guide to walk us through the city centre. Second part in the Uffizi was surprisingly on our own.

Our tour guide, Giovanna was great! Fun, informative, kept us at a good pace and really made us glad we booked through your company. We both felt that she helped us capture the flavor of Florence, and gave us some wonderful tips to follow up with.

We very much enjoyed our tour! Annette was a FANTASTIC guide. Upon booking, it wasn't clear that the tour was divided to morning/afternoon or with a *specific time* to return to the Uffizi. We were under the impression we could visit the Uffizi on our own schedule upon conclusion of the morning tour. With the proposed return time, we were unfortunately not able to come back for the 2nd half and had to miss the Uffizi altogether. Some feedback, for future folks booking that the morning/afternoon portion of the tour is abundantly clear. Thanks!

It was very well organized and our tour guide was great. Good group sizes. The only part that was confusing is there was inconsistency with the stated tour start times on the ticket vs the "meet up" instructions. Would review that for consistency!

Incrível Recomendo vivamente a Florence Pass.

O passeio foi muito agradável, com uma guia, Anastasia, que falava um francês excelente, era muito simpática e seus comentários eram claros e eruditos.

O guia foi ótimo e os ingressos sem fila definitivamente valem a pena. Mas os ingressos não incluíam tudo o que foi mencionado - não tivemos acesso à cripta nem ao Batistério.

Achei a parte interna do Duomo pouco impressionante, mas o guia turístico compartilhou uma história tão fascinante com grande paixão que a visita foi, na verdade, o ponto alto da minha viagem.

Esse passeio funcionou como um relógio e a guia era muito bem informada (não me lembro o nome dela, mas ela trabalhava com restauração/era norueguesa e tinha uma excelente visão da história/dos edifícios). O Skip the line foi pontual e eu gostei dessa experiência - foi a melhor das três que reservei

Angela foi incrível. Ela era incrivelmente bem informada e apaixonada por seu assunto e aprendemos muito com ela. Eu faria um tour com Angela novamente, sem dúvida.

Paula foi uma guia fantástica. Ela foi muito clara e fácil de acompanhar e fez um ótimo trabalho ao nos colocar no espaço certo para realmente sentirmos a história que ela estava nos apresentando. Ela trabalhou com a CityWalks. Altamente recomendável.

Como o grupo era pequeno (aproximadamente 15 pessoas), foi fácil não se perder. Boa excursão da Ponte Vecchio até a casa de David, onde levamos menos de 10 minutos para entrar e passar pela segurança. Nosso guia era muito bem informado e divertido. Foi um passeio que valeu a pena.

O guia, Stefano, foi excelente. Tinha material suficiente para torná-lo interessante e respondeu a todas as nossas perguntas. Eu definitivamente faria outra excursão e recomendaria esses passeios.

Ver a Estátua de Davi foi o ponto alto. Andar pelas ruas foi bom, mas teria sido bom ter mais informações e história. Parecia que nossa guia turística só queria levar suas amigas para passear pelas ruas de Florença e dar risada por nada.

Tenha cuidado, a Headout me cobrou duas vezes pela excursão e se recusou a reembolsar a segunda cobrança. É melhor esperar para ir à Itália e reservar a excursão diretamente

Guia experiente. No entanto, não ficou claro que passaríamos apenas 30 minutos na Academia. O saldo de 1 HR foi um passeio a pé pela cidade. Seria útil se o título do passeio e o itinerário mencionassem isso claramente.

Esperamos na chuva em uma fila ENORME por uma hora para entrar no local. Absolutamente NÃO foi o que pagamos pelos ingressos "Skip the Line".

I really enjoyed the guided tour by Arelia of the Uffizi my first d and I had a private tour and really gave us insights and importance of the Medici family!

There was a gap between the 2 museums and was not clearly mentioned in the booking. Was justmentioned 3 hours. Galleria Academia was 9AM and Ufizzi museum was 3:30PM. This disturbed my schedule as I suposed to leave Florence same day 1PM.
