The tour guide for uffizi was great - very knowledgeable and funny. However I thought I had booked a city walk also - this didn't happen. Not a big deal but the website wasn't very clear.

The tour was cancelled very last minute by the tour guide being sick, I was called and a voice message left on my phone which I appreciated and the confirmation of a full refund for the tour.

Omar was incredible; his knowledge of art and the way he took us on a journey through time periods and brought out the emotion,psychology, layering of color and dimension to the painting was phenomenal. We have booked two other tours through your company since this experience. Thank you!

LLadies that were guides were excellent, very interesting stories and very competent. Lunch in Calcio n Pepe was dissapointing, food was excellent, but they hardly wanted to serve us when we said that we paid the lunch to the agency and showed voucher. Also the guided tour in Uffizzi covered only the second floor. When we booked, it was not mentioned. We walked through the rest of gallery alone, with no guidance. All in all, I think that I overpayed the tour. Got no discount for children, as well. All in all, I think that I overpayed the tour.

It was nice been in a small group of only five people. I booked the lunch as well, expecting to meet other tourists, but I was the only person doing the lunch, so that was disappointing. Also, could you provide a vegetarian option for lunch.

So thankful for this group. Tour was fantastic, but the small acts of kindness shown to our family by the guides and organizers were special.

We toured Florence highlights and, later that,day, the UffiziGalleries. The morning tour was disjointed, and the guide practically ran us through the streets. She--Claudia--often got so far ahead that we worried we'd lose her. She was knowledgeable, but her information was not well organized. And she asked "guess what's in my mind" questions. No one likes those. The Uffizi tour was still physically challenging, but the guide was much better. Her knowledge was well organized, and she built the experience as a narrative, making a LOT of information easier to,remember. And unlike the morning guide, she encouraged and responded well to questions.

Claudia was amazing and so informative during the city tour. There was no information about where to get the Uffizi tour. We assumed that the Uffizi tour came next but we had to come back 1 1/2 later. We had already scheduled another tour. Christiana wa experienced and gave us great perspective on the gallery.

Very informative and enjoyable. I forgot our tour guide's name. I believe that she was Danish. She had such a pleasant disposition and was ready to provide extra, interesting facts when there were delays. My wife's receiver/headset kept cutting out. Our tour guide seamlessly addressed the issue by providing a backup receiver and headset -- with out interrupting the tour. She was amazing. I highly recommend this tour.

I very much enjoyed the guided tour through Florence and the Accademia Galery. It was everything I could have hoped for. Our guide, Enette, joyfully told us loads of interesting and new things about the places we were walking by, and the David was, of course, breathtaking. Seeing it through more experienced eyes, with the help of Enette, made the experience even more special. Thank you!

Our tour guide was lovely, and it was an incredibly hot day....but I knew it would be when I signed up for the tour. I believe that what you focus on expands...so if we keep talking about how hot it is, we'll be that much aware of how hot it is!

Stadtführung wurde mit vielen Stories zum Leben im Mittelalter und der Renaissance bereichert. Unsere Guide erklärte uns die Statuen, erzählte vieles zur Architektur und zu den damaligen Persönlichkeiten. Der Zugang zur Accademia erfolgte ohne lange Wartezeiten.

Our guide Annette was awesome. She was very throuogh and extremely knowledgeable, and well organized. There was a lot of history we learned that we never knew.

Our tour was superb and our tour guide, Annette (I believe that was her name, but she had short silver hair and was Danish, though her English was excellent and from her accent I assumed she was from Manchester), was splendid. Her narrative style was clear and engaging, and she was very audience centered in her approach. She always guided our tour so we were in the shade, for example. She was very friendly and her effortless grasp of Florence's history, culture, art, and architectural style was exceptional. I haven't done a guided tour overseas in many years, and after this experience I'm certain that I'll seek out your tours again the next time I cross the Atlantic.

We loved our guide today she was excellent… Cannot remember her name but I know she's Danish and her English was excellent. She was very detailed in her explanation of the history of the David and everything else. Would definitely go with her again!!

Our train was late from Rome and we missed our reservation, but Headout gave us a future credit for a tour instead of leaving us high and dry. Much appreciated!

City tour and visit to Academia/David statute were excellent, but afternoon visit to Uffizi was very dry and extremely tiring. This time would have been much better spent by enjoying the town of Florence and history it tells thru its narrow streets, buildings, merchants and restaurants on every corner. Uffizi visit could have been spiced up by more life stories from the time of artists and their patrons. And, I mean no offence, but the accent and lack of English fluidity (of the guide) was a bit of an issue as well.

The guides were really good, they gave us our tickets and we were able to see the rest of the galleries on our own at the end of the tour.

The first part was ok, great guide to walk us through the city centre. Second part in the Uffizi was surprisingly on our own.

We very much enjoyed our tour! Annette was a FANTASTIC guide. Upon booking, it wasn't clear that the tour was divided to morning/afternoon or with a *specific time* to return to the Uffizi. We were under the impression we could visit the Uffizi on our own schedule upon conclusion of the morning tour. With the proposed return time, we were unfortunately not able to come back for the 2nd half and had to miss the Uffizi altogether. Some feedback, for future folks booking that the morning/afternoon portion of the tour is abundantly clear. Thanks!

It was very well organized and our tour guide was great. Good group sizes. The only part that was confusing is there was inconsistency with the stated tour start times on the ticket vs the "meet up" instructions. Would review that for consistency!

Wir haben die geführte Tour Florenz Uffizien und Accademica gebucht. Die Beschreibung der Buchung war etwa irreführend da wir eine Stadtführung erhalten haben und "nur" Tickets für die Austellungen. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo apprezzato molto la preparazione della guida (Cristiano), che non ha mancato di preziosi consigli su come è cosa visitare nella permanenza a Firenze. L'uso degli auricolari con cui era possibile ascoltare le spiegazioni dettagliate e sentite della nostra guida è stato rilassante e piacevole. Speriamo di poter ripetere questa esperienza per il futuro e per ulteriori tour.

We went all out on the trip to Florence. I booked this tour online, it seemed like a big ticket purchase as it was our first time with Headout. But my brother had used the service before and vouched for it. It was a good buy and we had a great time exploring the city as well as the good meal.

The trip was good and we could access both the museums. I felt the guide could probably have given us more information but maybe that was just me because I am an art history teacher and I already know quite a bit of the city.

I was thoroughly confused with all the various Florence city tours so I called the Headout customer service. The guy took me through all the various options and helped me choose this one as it suited all my preferences. Would recommend this just based on their customer service!

If you want to spend a lovely day in Florence, then look no further. You will come back feeling like you really know the city! And such value for money tickets, I might have spent more on separate tickets and bookings.

The city tour followed by the museums was planned so well that at no point we were too hurried or rushed. There was a good pace and the guide helped us see the highlights of both the museums. It was a good decision to go on this trip.

Przewodnik był interesujący, ale w żadnym wypadku nie była to wycieczka z przewodnikiem po mieście. Była to godzinna wycieczka po zewnętrznej części katedry i okolicznych budynkach. Następnie przewodnik opuścił nas, aby wspiąć się na kopułę, co było drugą godziną wycieczki (ale samotnie). Wyjaśnienia podane na stronie headout nie były jasne, więc zarezerwowałem te same bilety bezpośrednio na stronach duomo i katedry. Uważaj więc na tytuł, to wcale nie jest wycieczka z przewodnikiem po mieście!

Niesamowite Gorąco polecam Florence Pass.

Wycieczka była bardzo przyjemna, z przewodniczką Anastasią, która doskonale mówiła po francusku, była bardzo przyjazna, a jej komentarze były zarówno jasne, jak i erudycyjne.

Przewodnik był świetny, a bilety bez kolejki są zdecydowanie tego warte. Ale bilety nie obejmowały wszystkiego, o czym wspomniano - nie mieliśmy dostępu do krypty ani do baptysterium.

I found the inside of the duomo underwhelming but the tour guide shared such fascinating history with great passion that the visit was actually the highlight of my trip.

This tour worked like clockwork and the guide was very knowledgeable (I don't remember her name, however she worked in restoration/ was originally from Norway and had some of excellent insight into the history/ buildings). Skip the line was bang on time and I enjoyed this experience - was the best of the three that I booked

Uwielbiałem naszego przewodnika. Świetny angielski, bardzo pasjonujący się treścią i utrzymywał nas w jak największym cieniu podczas wycieczki!

Paula była fantastycznym przewodnikiem. Była bardzo jasna i łatwa do naśladowania i wykonała świetną robotę, umieszczając nas we właściwej przestrzeni, aby naprawdę poczuć historię, którą nam przedstawiała. Współpracowała z CityWalks. Gorąco polecam.

Była to dość mała grupa (około 15 osób), więc łatwo było uniknąć zgubienia się. Dobra wycieczka z Ponte Vecchio do domu Davida, gdzie wejście i przejście przez ochronę zajęło nam mniej niż 10 minut. Nasz przewodnik był bardzo kompetentny i zabawny. To była wartościowa wycieczka.

Zobaczenie Statuy Dawida było główną atrakcją. Spacer ulicami był w porządku, jednak przydałoby się więcej informacji i historii. Czułem się tak, jakby nasz przewodnik chciał po prostu zabrać swoich przyjaciół na spacer ulicami Florencji i chichotać o niczym.

The art displayed at the museum was Amazing. The sculptures and statue collection was spectacular. Everything was beautiful in this museum including "David" My favorite.

Knowledgeable guide. However it was not clear that we would only spend 30 mins at Academia. Balance 1 HR was walking city tour. Would help if title of tour and itinerary clearly mention this.

Zarezerwowałem tę wycieczkę z kaprysu, ponieważ przedział czasowy idealnie pasował do mojego planu podróży podczas jednodniowej wycieczki po Florencji. Najlepsza decyzja, jaką kiedykolwiek podjęłam! Chociaż zarezerwowałem wycieczkę solo, spotkałem wielu przyjaznych ludzi. Wycieczka była niewielka - tylko 10 osób. Przewodnik był bardzo kompetentny i wyjaśnił historię obrazów i posągów w Muzeum Academia oraz układ katedr. Ponieważ mieliśmy trochę dodatkowego czasu, mogliśmy krótko zwiedzić inne święte miejsca, które pierwotnie nie były częścią planu podróży, co było doskonałym sposobem na wykorzystanie naszego czasu. Mogę powiedzieć, że najważniejszym punktem tej wycieczki była wspinaczka na Duomo i widok Florencji z lotu ptaka. Zaufaj mi, byłem nieco zdenerwowany faktyczną wspinaczką i liczbą schodów (463 stopnie), ale zapewniam, że w trakcie wspinaczki jest wiele miejsc, w których można się zatrzymać, aby odetchnąć. Widok Florencji z góry był bezcenny! Polecam tę wycieczkę każdemu, kto ma elastyczność podczas jednodniowej wycieczki (lub kilku dni) we Florencji!
